Three Decades of Genealogy Research Experience
From Law Enforcement to Ancestry
My career trajectory gave me a unique set of skills perfectly suited for uncovering the past. After proudly serving a stint in the U.S. Army as a military policeman, I completed a fulfilling thirty-five-year career in law enforcement, eventually retiring as a chief of police.
The investigative and analytical skills honed during those professional years-the commitment to detail, the pursuit of clues, and the methodical solving of puzzles-now serve my love for researching ancestry exceptionally well.

Life on the Ranch and Service to the Community
Today, my wife and I run a small cattle ranch in central Missouri. When the cows allow it, I divide my time between volunteering with a national veterans group and assisting various associations with bookkeeping, websites, and conferences. These experiences continue to keep me grounded, connected, and committed to serving others.
